I've worked in the Medical field for 20 years. I love help and with this felony I can't find a job. It doesn't have to be in the Medical field anybody that is hiring.

With a felony dui on your record, chances for getting back in the medical field are slim.(sorry to say, but too easy access to drugs) You do however have the qualifications as a drug and alcohol counselor.
Almost every D/A counselor in the business has either a drug or alcohol related charge(usually an extensive one), and either a medical, or psychiatry background.
If you like to help people, this might be an avenue to look into.
