My husband is looking to change jobs. He operates heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, backhoes, etc. He would like to find another job that pays $11.00+ / hour, with a 40+ hours /work week. He has 15+ years experience operating equipment doing construction, grading, stock tanks %26amp; ponds, lakes, fence lines, pushing coal, roads %26amp; right-of-ways, housepads (foundations), etc. He may be willing to relocate for the right job/pay.

There are a bunch of asphalt paving contractors in and around the Dallas area. I never met a paving contractor that wasn't hiring.
