Reply:Forgive me asking but how is that a question? And if you're looking for alternative employment, why do you think/expect you're going to find it here? Wouldn't you be better off speaking to an employment agency or your local job centre? And no, you don't have to be unemployed to use their services, contrary to popular belief. Your local shop steward/union should also be able to advise you and if you don't have one, talk to your personnel officer.

PS And as for your qualification, you don't say what it is or what part of social services you are currently working in so even if there was an employment specialist reading, they still wouldn't be able to advise you without knowing these basic details, surely?
