Call it a strange marketing technique for myself! I am a honours business graduate from McMaster University, and have spent the last 2 years working as a district logistics and inventory manager with the beer store. Prior to that I was an account executive with Xerox in the heart of downtown toronto. Successful in both positions, but not finding the opportunities or challenges I desire here with the Beer Store.

I am currently looking for a new position in the Chicago to Madison, WI area, and I have to say this is a different approach to marketing yourself, but... if you are not getting results why don't you try having a professional write your resume, normally the rates are discounted for graduates with little experience. Or try building yourself a website and using some simple and free techniques to help employers find you, I have found that to be the most effective for myself. Also, hook up with a recruiter (one that doesn't charge you but is paid by the client), be exclusive, and be patient. Hope this helps.
