If your occupation isn't on the SOL http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-s... you won't get a skilled work visa and if you don't have one, you will not be able to come here and work. Check the SOL list and the Skills Recognition information very carefully to see if you qualify for any of the listed occupations.





There are absolutely no exceptions to the requirement that your occupation is listed on the SOL. A job offer or sponsorship makes no difference. Work visas are ONLY available to skilled workers.
